The Profile page in Empsing helps you manage your account with ease, allowing you to customize various settings and preferences to enhance your user experience. This user guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of the Profile page.
Editing Profile Information
You can update your profile picture, name, or designation at any time to keep your information current.
Contact Information
Contact information such as your email and phone number are typically set and controlled by your organization. In most cases, these details cannot be edited individually.
Interactions Preferences
Under Interactions Preferences, you can customize how you prefer to interact with your employees. Set your preferences for light or dark modes, toggle your employee avatar output, enable or disable audio output, and choose whether you want to interact with your employees through WhatsApp and email. These settings apply to all your digital employees.
Account Controls
In the Account section, you have control over various aspects of your Empsing account:
- Change Password: You can change your password to enhance the security of your account.
- Export Account Data: If you need to export your account data for any reason, you can do so through this option.
- Request Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account, you can request this action through the account deletion option. Account deletion decision is limited only to your organization & Empsing.
API Credentials
API Credentials allow you to connect your Empsing account with external services, such as Zapier, to enable data integration and automation. You can copy your Client ID & API. Remember to always keep them safe to prevent unauthorized account access.
