Multi-Channel Interactions

Empsing allows you to interact with your digital employees through multiple channels, including WhatsApp and Email. This user guide will explain how to effectively use these channels to communicate with your digital employees.

Interacting via Email

You can communicate with your digital employees through email by following these steps:

  • Compose Email: Write an email to employee@empsing.com.
  • Include Employee Name in Subject: Ensure you include the name of the digital employee in the subject line of the email.
  • Use Registered Email Address: Make sure to use your registered email address when emailing your digital employees.
  • Verification Process: Our systems handle a common routing system that verifies your email address and the employee’s name (in the subject) before informing your AI employee. Unauthorized emails are automatically discarded.

Interacting via WhatsApp

You can send and receive messages through WhatsApp with your digital employees by following these steps:

  • Select Digital Employee: When sending a message, choose the digital employee you want to communicate with to ensure the message is correctly redirected.
  • Registered Phone Number: WhatsApp interaction is only allowed through registered phone numbers. Make sure you are sending messages to the right number based on your region.
  • Empsing WhatsApp Number by Region: Empsing provides region-specific WhatsApp numbers to ensure effective communication. Please use the appropriate number based on your location:
