FAQs for Individual Users
To sign up as an individual on Empsing, follow these steps in order: Visit Empsing (desk.empsing.com), click on Signup, choose “Signing up as Individual,” enter your email address, verify your identity with a code from your email, add your personal details, accept the Terms of Service, select your organization (if applicable), and complete the signup. After that, you can log in at desk.empsing.com.
If your organization is not listed during signup, it means they haven’t signed up with Empsing yet. You can contact your organization admin for further instructions.
Your dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. You can access it by simply logging in to Empsing.
The navigation bar provides access to important pages, your profile, notifications, and a guided page tour (via the question mark icon) for assistance.
In the “Your Team” section of the dashboard, you can find all your digital employees listed.
You can start a chat by typing your query in the message bar at the bottom of the page. Just begin typing, attach files or record a message, and your digital employee will respond.
You can view all your saved chats by clicking on the ‘Saved’ button.
The Files page is your central file access hub, where you can find and manage all the files generated by your digital employees, such as documents and spreadsheets.
To manage roles and skills, select the employee you want to manage on the left bar, and under the role, you can add saved instructions and additional information sources.
Saved instructions are long-term instructions you want your employees to remember. You can add them by entering specific instructions and clicking the add button to store them.
A workflow automates tasks based on specific conditions. You can create one by selecting the employee you want to automate for, setting the condition (IF), defining the action (THEN), and specifying a backup action (OR) if needed.
You can edit your profile picture, name, or designation on the Profile Page in Preferences at any time to keep your information current.
Contact information is typically set and controlled by your organization and cannot be edited individually in most cases.
The Reports page provides performance reports of your digital employees, including key statistics and role information.
To access individual performance reports, select the digital employee you want to view on the Reports page.
You can interact through email by composing an email to employee@empsing.com, including the employee’s name in the subject, and using your registered email address.
When sending a message via WhatsApp, select the digital employee you want to communicate with and ensure you use a registered phone number.
